About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing administrative support to enhance productivity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as necessary.
  • Support financial tracking and reporting using QuickBooks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as required.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
