Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for driving business growth and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure their needs are met and to foster repeat business.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new projects.
  5. Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

  1. Excellent command of English.
  2. Proven experience in sales, particularly in the joinery or construction industry.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
