Job Description

1. Providing exceptional service to guests by addressing their service needs and requests promptly.
2. Ensuring all guest queries regarding the hotel and its facilities are correctly and politely answered.
3. Maintaining a high standard of professional appearance and conduct within the role.
4. Assisting guests with travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, and similar requests.
5. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the local area to provide advice and recommendations.
6. Fostering good relations with all guests through continuous customer interaction.
7. Collaborating with the Hospitality & Leisure team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
8. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Concierge' should have:

1. Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
2. A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. A thorough understanding of the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
5. Strong knowledge of the local area.
6. Ability to work well within a team environment.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
