My client is a major, £225m turnover MEICA specialist contractor. They have opened a new facility and are in the process of building a team to support an £85m E&I Project on Hinkley Point C. The initial project will last around 5 years, with a plan for moving on to a similar package on another major project upon completion.
The current project is for the design, supply, and installation/commissioning of an electrical and instrumentation package on two of HPC's Turbine Halls. Full project scope is:
The role will suit a Project Manager with an engineering background, with previous experience of working on large projects in highly regulated industries (e.g., Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, etc.). This role is delivery-focused, but previous experience of working on either NEC or FIDIC contracts would be beneficial.
