Location: Remote
Commitment: Flexible, ideally 8–15 hours per week
Type: Volunteer (with potential for references, real-world experience, and leadership opportunities)

We’re a team of forward-thinkers, creatives, developers, and change-makers – and we’re looking for a Project Manager to help us deliver our initiatives with clarity, purpose, and impact.

As our Project Manager, you’ll be the link between our developers and our wider goals. Your role is to ensure that our projects run smoothly, follow a clear process, and get delivered on time – without getting lost in the technical weeds.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Coordinating daily check-ins with developers
2. Identifying bottlenecks or blockers in our process and helping clear the way
3. Tracking progress against key milestones and project goals
4. Assisting with product testing to ensure quality before releases
5. Helping uphold our development process (Agile experience helpful, but not required)

You don’t need to be a software expert – just someone who’s organised, proactive, and great with people.

Helpful skills include:

1. Some experience managing projects (pref, software) or a strong grasp and desire to learn more.
2. Understanding of project life cycles and processes
3. Confidence running meetings and keeping teams aligned
4. A collaborative, problem-solving mindset
5. Basic familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, Github, and Google Docs
6. (Bonus) Experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks
