Specializing in short-term rental services, we manage over 8,000 properties worldwide and collaborate with industry giants like Airbnb, VRBO, and FlipKey. Our mission is to deliver top-tier management solutions while maintaining high industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates for various property management roles.
• Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and assess suitability for open positions.
• Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and refine job descriptions.
• Job Posting & Employer Branding: Advertise open positions across job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job posting platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Experience in the property management or hospitality industry is a plus.

This is a contract-based role with flexible hours.

• Remote Work: Fully remote role with flexible working arrangements.
• Preferred Location: Preference is given to candidates based in the UK.
