Are you passionate about problem-solving and process improvement? Join our Transformation Team as a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprentice and develop essential skills while contributing to impactful change projects across the business.

As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you will work alongside the Transformation Team, supporting various change projects and collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and services. You'll be involved in reviewing, redesigning, and embedding business changes, ensuring that benefits are clearly identified and measurable. This apprenticeship provides structured learning to develop your skills in business analysis, process mapping, and change management.

You'll be curious and passionate about understanding how things work, customer-centric with a focus on delivering value to customers. Additionally, you are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a problem-solving mindset and able to manage pressure, work flexibly, and meet deadlines.

You will have:

• English and Maths at Grade C/Level 4 or above at GCSE level or equivalent.
• Level 3 qualifications (2 or more A-Levels or equivalent).
• 2 or more years of work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• High attention to detail with a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work flexibly, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
