Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: GBP28-34,000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant with creative design flair to join a RIBA chartered practice in Basingstoke. The well-established practice works on a range of sustainable designs across residential and commercial sectors and is committed to providing innovative design solutions for every client.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have significant experience post-Masters and will have a desire to grow and progress their career. You'll enjoy working in a collaborative environment and will have a diverse portfolio of projects. Proficiency in Vectorworks and Sketchup is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

1. Completed RIBA Part One and RIBA Part Two qualifications
2. Significant experience in a UK-based Architecture practice as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant
3. Able to work independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
5. Designing and modelling projects whilst collaborating with senior team members
6. Supporting Project Architects and attending design meetings
7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
8. Great technical abilities
9. Proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
10. Must live within a commutable distance of Basingstoke
