Office Assistant

£22,500 – £24,000 (depending on experience)

Full-time (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) | Office-based | Permanent

Looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic office environment? Join a friendly and supportive team where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly.

YOUR ROLE:

  1. Reception & Clerical Support – Answering calls, managing emails, booking travel, and assisting with expenses.
  2. General Office Support – Helping colleagues with day-to-day tasks to keep everything running efficiently.
  3. Facilities Assistance – Tidying the sample floor, handling courier deliveries, and ensuring waste disposal is managed.
  4. Practical Tasks – Moving office furniture, assembling items, and maintaining an organized workspace.
