Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Traffic Marshal to manage vehicle movements on a busy construction site in Morden. The ideal candidate will have experience in directing traffic, ensuring site safety, and maintaining smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Directing vehicles, deliveries, and plant machinery safely around the site.
Ensuring pedestrian safety and preventing accidents.
Communicating effectively with drivers and site teams via radio or hand signals.
Enforcing site traffic management rules and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman certificate (Essential).
Valid CSCS card (Essential).
ENHANCED DBS (Essential).
Previous experience in a similar role (Preferred).
Strong awareness of health & safety practices.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
