Non-Functional Test Lead – £600p/d (Outside of IR35) – Luton (3 Days Onsite) - 6 Months
Leading Pharmaceutical Client now requires an experienced Non-Functional Test Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program.
This role will focus on overseeing non-functional testing across multiple integrated systems and SAP ERP deployments, ensuring performance, reliability, and operational readiness.
The Axial Non-Functional Test Lead will perform a key role in oversight of Non-Functional testing across multiple integrated systems and deployments as multiple SAP ERP instances move towards a Global S/4HANA platform.
Rate: £600p/d (Outside of IR35)
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Luton (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)
The ideal Axial Non-Functional Test Lead will have the following skills/experience:
- Extensive Experience in Test Management across both Agile and Waterfall
- Strong Background in Lifesciences, Healthcare, FMCG, or Pharma
- Predominantly managed non-functional testing in SAP Systems as well as non-SAP Systems
- Worked with Performance Test tools (e.g., LoadRunner, NeoLoad)
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
