My client is an exciting and growing Integrated Marketing Agency who due to success are now looking to further expand their already strong team by adding an Senior Social Media Manager to help kick start their next stage on growth.

The role of managing key retainer accounts includes creating and customising social media strategies, identifying target audiences, and researching their preferences. This involves developing monthly content plans, executing creative campaign ideas, and producing content such as photography, videography, and copywriting.

Additionally, scheduling content publication, interacting with users, monitoring account performance, growing reach, creating quotes, raising invoices, and managing client relationships are key responsibilities.

The ideal candidates will come with the following experience:

• Previous proven experience in a similar position is ideal
• Experience working within an agency environment
• Experience with Property Marketing/Industry is beneficial!
• Experience working on wider digital marketing strategies
• Experience mentoring more junior individuals
• Knowledge of the UK creator landscape and experience managing influencer partnerships.

My client is based in Central London and can offer a flexible hybrid working environment with 3 days in office & 2 days from home a week. Along with a starting salary ranging from £38,000 - £48,000 depending on background & experience.
