Senior Site Manager / Project Manager
Main Contractor
North East Cambridge and West Norfolk region

My client is a very successful, family-owned regional main contractor, with an excellent reputation for looking after and retaining their staff for many years, offering good packages - base salary, bonus, car allowance, and employee-friendly benefits.

They are currently seeking a permanent Project Manager or Senior Site Manager to work on projects around the NE Cambridgeshire/West Norfolk region.

Projects will be in the £0.5m-£15m range in diverse sectors including:

1. Colleges
2. Schools frameworks
3. Hospitals
4. Hotels
5. Care homes
6. Leisure
7. Industrial
8. Commercial projects

They are seeking a good, experienced, stable Project Manager or Senior Site Manager to join their team who has worked on similar past projects (i.e., not housing) and importantly, somebody who lives within the North East Cambridge / West Norfolk region as they are keen to keep employees within a reasonable commute of their projects.

The salary will be very competitive depending on experience (they do not wish to stipulate an exact figure but it will confidently reflect level and experience).

The ideal applicant must have recognized industry qualifications, can present a stable career history (politely, not a history of temp/contract work), and must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
