Location: Remote (North East England) with travel as required
Salary: OTE £46,000 (Salary + Commission)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Full Driving Licence + 1 Year’s Driving Experience Essential

Job Overview

MAVERRIK is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys social selling, building connections, and helping businesses see the value of our services.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Engaging with prospects through LinkedIn and email (training provided)
  2. Conducting video calls and meetings with potential clients
  3. Travelling across the UK & USA to training events (including occasional overnight stays)
  4. Building long-term relationships that convert into sales
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Confident communicator – in-person and on video calls
  2. Strong written English and ability to craft engaging messages
  3. Social media savvy – experience with LinkedIn is a bonus
  4. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  5. Ability to work remotely while being proactive and organised
