We are a well-established leader in our field, known for delivering outstanding, tailored safety solutions to our customers. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our market presence (UK and International).
The Opportunity:
This is a remote sales role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape your territory, build relationships, and drive revenue by introducing our safety solutions to new and existing clients. If you’re a self-starter with a passion for sales and a knack for understanding customer needs, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximise revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and proactive outreach.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Forecast sales activity and deliver consistent results.
- Stay ahead of market trends to introduce new services/products and expand into untapped sectors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in field sales or business development (B2B preferred).
- A natural persuader – you love closing deals and gaining customer commitment.
- Independent, proactive, and able to think on your feet.
- Strong commercial acumen with the drive to exceed targets.
- Sales experience in the automotive sector (preferred but not essential).
