Manager at JSS Finance, specialising in Senior Finance across the Thames Valley

Your new company:

JSS are delighted to be working with a fast-paced, high-growth, PE-backed business in the IT Services industry. They're looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide commercial insight to key stakeholders to drive growth, supporting the day-to-day accounting duties as well as developing a small team.

As the successful candidate, your duties would include:

• Partnering with key stakeholders (financial and non-financial), providing strategic insight, performance analysis, and commercial information to boost profitability
• Managing budgets, forecasts, financial planning and project analysis
• Monthly P&L analysis, variance reporting, and profitability insights
• Overseeing month-end and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliation
• Managing and reporting project costs, revenue streams, and contract performance
• Leading and developing a small team

To be successful, you need to have / be:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Right to Work in the UK is essential
• Practice trained would be an advantage
• Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills
• Comfortable working remotely, with occasional travel for key meetings

What's on offer:
