Responsibilities
  1. Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  2. Check-in patients, verify their information, and update electronic medical records accurately.
  3. Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel.
  4. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
  5. Assist patients in completing necessary forms and understanding office policies.
  6. Collect patient co-pays, process payments accurately, and maintain proper documentation.
  7. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  8. Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient flow and use of resources.
  9. Verify insurance eligibility.
Minimum Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
