About the role…

We are now looking for a talented Senior Systems Tester to join our team in the UK. As the Senior Systems Tester, you will support MRN Technologies to deliver its business development strategy through the effective provision of automated and manual testing solutions of core applications and future capabilities. To take proactive ownership and development of automated testing capabilities at MRN Technologies ensuring the current and future delivery demands are met.

The Senior Systems Tester will be responsible for:

• Analysis of business requirements, user stories to create effective and comprehensive testing solutions, ensuring coverage and validation of service.
• Test automation development, designing, building and maintaining reusable and scalable test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with all members of the project team and other stakeholders to ensure product quality is achieved.
• Execute automated test cases for functional, end to end regression and validation testing.
• Support the system revalidation programme through the development and execution of automated and manual tests.
• Provide regular and detailed development progress reports to the Director of Validation and other stakeholders as required.
• Detect and track defects and deviations.
• Deliver a high standard of testing as per best practice and procedures.
• Evaluate the impact in terms of change management.
• Contribute to support documentation.
• Provide training or guidance on test automation tools and practices to team members.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

• Experience of developing and implementing automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Junit or similar frameworks is essential.
• Exposure to Agile delivery is essential.
• Experience of working within a small to medium sized, service provider is essential. Pharma/Healthcare or regulated industries would be preferred.
• Full Software development lifecycle exposure is an advantage.
• Experience of working with JIRA/Zephyr is desirable.
• Salesforce, AWS, Azure knowledge is an advantage.
