This role sits within our Business & Industry division, catering for customers and those within the workplace. Taking care of catering and dining services, we're one of the industry's largest and most innovative contract caterers. With menus available to pre-order and with in-app payment, Elior B&I have matched the tastes and dietary requirements of our four million daily customers with 21st-century tech.

What you'll be doing...

Responsibilities:

1. Responding appropriately to incoming enquiries via phone and email and chasing to a conclusion
2. Conducting site show rounds
3. Liaising with external suppliers, preparing quotes, contracts, and event proposals for events of all types, including internal and external
4. Producing event detailed planners (including catering, cost, invoicing details, itinerary, room set up, entertainment, AV etc.)
5. Conducting menu tasting while planning the event with the client
6. Actively identifying marketing and promotion opportunities
7. Developing events from proposal right up to delivery, including setting, communicating, and maintaining project timelines and priorities
8. High-end Hospitality experience preferable

What can you bring?

1. Experience as an event manager
2. Skilled in project management and event planning
3. Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
4. Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
5. Customer service orientation
6. BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
