We are hiring! An exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to join our highly successful organisation as the Head of Sales of the Aggregates Division within our business.
This challenging and rewarding role will see the successful candidate become responsible for the overall performance and operations of the Aggregates Division. As such, the Head of Sales' primary focus will be on the development and management of the performance of the sales team, ensuring that suitable targets are set, understood & achieved, leads are appropriately actioned, and follow-up activity completed. In addition, developing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
