Location: Oxygen House, Exeter Business Park, EX1 3LH (on site)

Term: Full time, permanent - office based

Hours: 9:30am - 6:00pm - 40 hours per week

Salary: £26,500 plus generous company benefits

The Role

As House Service Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact, delivering a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and employees. You’ll also play a key role in organising in-house activities and events, ensuring a seamless and engaging workplace environment.

You will work closely with Catering, Facilities, and IT teams, taking ownership of processes and collaborating on projects that enhance the overall experience at Oxygen House.

• Be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional welcome.
• Ensure a seamless front-of-house experience and a well-presented environment.
• Organise in-house activities and engaging events for employees.
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to enhance workplace services.
• Take a solutions-driven approach to ensure smooth daily operations.
