An established industry player is seeking a House Service Coordinator to create a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. This role involves being the first point of contact, organising engaging in-house activities, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the workplace experience. Location: Oxygen House, Exeter Business Park, EX1 3LH (on site)
Term: Full time, permanent - office based
Hours: 9:30am - 6:00pm - 40 hours per week
Salary: £26,500 plus generous company benefits

As House Service Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact, delivering a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and employees. You’ll also play a key role in organising in-house activities and events, ensuring a seamless and engaging workplace environment.
You will work closely with Catering, Facilities, and IT teams, taking ownership of processes and collaborating on projects that enhance the overall experience at Oxygen House.
