Reporting to the company's CEO, as a Luxury Italian Fashion Brand, we're looking for a Boutique Manager with fashion experience in the UK. A talented retailer with good fashion experience, you should be highly commercial, dynamic, and work on your own initiative. You must have a real understanding of fashion display and merchandising while providing an exceptional customer experience, with a passion for development towards success.

As a natural leader, you will coach, develop, and support your team to help them reach their full potential, whilst nurturing a fun and uplifting atmosphere. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will continually promote the Piazza Castello brand to our customers through your team. You'll take pride in delivering the highest and most consistent standards of customer service, visual standards, profitability, and productivity of your store.

Taking personal ownership of your store's performance, you will make commercial decisions and spot business opportunities that drive results, ensuring our customers remain at the heart of every decision you make. Attention to detail with store and personal presentation is crucial. We are a small team here at Piazza Castello, and unlike other brands, we will allow you to create your own window display that beats the competition on the high street. You will build your merchandising collections within your store to match your customer profile and increase your revenue.

You should be an effective leader, able to create fantastic displays inside the store that match your window, rotate collections with commercial awareness and creativity, and lead by example. You must be an inspiring proactive leader for your team, able to achieve all KPIs and perform well independently, thriving under pressure. Flexibility to sell in both fast-paced and slow extremes, train your team, and work independently is essential.
