Job Description

Reporting directly in to the Plant Manager, the Quality Manager will:



  • Lead and manage the site Quality team to ensure consistent high quality of products
  • Develop and implement quality control systems throughout the manufacturing process
  • Act as the key point of contact for all quality-related matters both internally and externally
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulations
  • Work closely with the Engineering & Manufacturing teams to implement best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures

The Successful Applicant

The successful Quality Manager will possess a range of the following:

  • Proven experience in a Quality Management role within FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control systems and regulatory standards
  • Significant audit experience
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge and experience of CI methodology (Six Sigma qualification advantageous)
  • Influential with excellent communication and presentation skills
