  • Knowledge of Payroll, HR, and Time & Attendance systems.

Job description

Senior Payroll Officer – Lisburn - £35,000 + Excellent benefits

CPL are pleased to work with a leading manufacturing company that has grown significantly over the past 40 years. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a driven and ambitious payroll professional to join the team.

Duties:

  1. Overseeing the delivery, processing, and approval of weekly and monthly payroll.
  2. Supervising the workload of the payroll department.
  3. Reviewing payroll systems, controls, and processes and implementing changes where necessary.
  4. Acting as the main point of contact for 3rd party payroll.
  5. Overseeing employer obligations in relation to pensions and statutory payments.

Criteria:

  1. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar position in a medium to large business.
  2. Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or higher to include English and Math.
  3. Knowledge of Payroll, HR, and Time & Attendance systems.
  4. Continuous-improvement mindset.
