The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service. This role requires supervising day-to-day operations, supporting team development, and driving performance in line with company objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to enhance guest experiences, maximise revenue, and uphold our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure financial performance targets are met by delivering optimal service levels and encouraging customer engagement.
  • Manage purchasing cycles effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and stock control.
  • Ensure all team members understand sales opportunities and are equipped to drive revenue through effective customer interactions.
  • Maintain effective team scheduling to align with productivity guidelines.
  • Implement and oversee change initiatives, ensuring team engagement.
  • Ensure all food and beverage products consistently meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain security standards regarding stock, cash, and equipment.
  • Comply with company policies and all relevant legislation.
  • Proactively identify guest needs and implement actions to enhance their experience.
  • Stay informed of consumer trends and competitor activity to adjust service accordingly.
  • Build rapport with guests, handle concerns effectively, and encourage feedback to inform improvements.
  • Act as a role model, leading by example and encouraging positive guest interaction.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Recognise and reward outstanding performance.
  • Support the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with resource planning and succession strategies.
  • Demonstrate passion, pride, and integrity in daily activities.
  • Make sound decisions independently and uphold Hilton's core values.
  • Support team members, ensuring they feel valued and motivated.
  • Develop productive relationships with colleagues, customers, and contractors.
  • Participate in relevant hotel initiatives such as Duty Management and Health & Safety Committees.
