- Lead the Compass Programme, St Hilda’s Youth Club, and YAFA.

Location: Redcar
We are seeking to recruit a Youth Worker to take a lead role in three exciting areas:
- Compass Programme
- St Hilda’s Youth Club
- YAFA (Youth and Families Advocacy) Programme
In this role, you will have the opportunity to see transformation in the lives of some of Redcar's most at-risk and disengaged young people, equipping them with practical tools to break destructive patterns, a safe space in which to be listened to, and an empowering boost to their self-esteem.
