As Ads partners work across all ad products, supply sources and geographies, this is an exciting opportunity to drive impact widely across the business.

The right person will manage the relationship with existing partners and new business from end-to-end, including understanding market dynamics, evaluating new partnership opportunities, conducting partner outreach, negotiating term sheets and agreements and driving to execution. You are a role model for best practices for incubating new partnerships, diving deep into partners’ tech products, and improving partner performance. Your success will require close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams including Product and Tech on new product innovation designed to help brands unlock better outcomes. You demonstrate the ability to think strategically about issues, identify trends and effectively influence internal stakeholders such as Finance and Legal by earning trust and being right a lot.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Close high impact partnerships driving revenue, product adoption and strategic outcomes for Amazon Ads
  2. Manage a portfolio of Amazon Ads partners, influencing their tech and GTM strategy
  3. Ability to represent Amazon to C-Suite leaders at partner companies
  4. Deep on technical business models and product integrations
  5. Work cross-functionally across product, tech, sales, legal and finance to drive initiatives and programs
  6. Drive innovation to address opportunities for enhanced partner growth at scale
  7. Own robust goals for revenue, product adoption and strategic actions
  8. Lead with an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  2. Bachelor's degree
  3. Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  4. Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  5. Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  2. Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
