Our Adapt team is expanding globally and this will be our first role in Amazon Ads Japan, with the added opportunity to support our China team. Unlike other teams, employees in Adapt are agile, rotating around teams on assignments to address business critical needs. Individuals on the team benefit from exposure to many different teams and roles within Amazon Ads, accelerating their learning and development.
Adapt is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Japan team. This role will be highly agile and fungible, rotating around our Ads teams in Japan and China on specific assignments to help cover individuals who are taking an extended leave-of-absence (parental, sabbatical, medical). By rotating around a variety of sales verticals and teams, individuals on the Adapt team experience rapid learning and development. Language skills across English, Japanese and Chinese will be highly preferable. You will be expected to:
Amazon Adapt is a program designed to offer coverage solutions for business gaps which may occur due to extended leave (parental, medical) and unexpected account transitions or gaps in business needs. Amazon Adapt deploys highly skilled, hyper-agile talent that ensures customers can continue to invest in their partnerships with Amazon Advertising, uninterrupted. The program ensures that the high bar for customer service, strategic partnership, and revenue attainment is maintained during these coverage gaps.
