Job Title: Cloud-Based Services Manager
Company: CloudNet Technologies Limited
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Location: Unit 8B, Redfern Industrial Estate, Hyde, SK14 1RD, United Kingdom

About the Role:
CloudNet Technologies Limited is looking for an experienced Cloud-Based Services Manager to oversee our cloud infrastructure and ensure consistent, high-quality service for our clients. This role requires a skilled individual with a solid background in managing cloud services, data migration, and IT desktop support, along with experience in virtual environments and client solutions. Sponsorship is available for exceptional UK-based candidates needing a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cloud infrastructure, managing virtual machines, dedicated IP setups, and secure storage.
  • Implement and manage data migration projects for clients, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate and deliver IT desktop support, addressing technical issues and providing guidance on cloud applications.
  • Work closely with clients to assess needs and deliver customised cloud solutions, from virtualisation setups to desktop support.
  • Monitor cloud performance, troubleshooting any issues and enhancing system reliability and efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain cloud security protocols and data protection standards, ensuring full compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in cloud management, with expertise in platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency in networking, data migration, desktop support, and cloud security best practices.
  • Excellent project management abilities with client-focused communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Knowledge of Desktop support, networking, server management, backup solutions, and automated deployments.
  • Proactive and solutions-driven with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills, prioritising client needs.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and detail-focused in a dynamic environment.
