Are you an experienced and driven Test and Commissioning Manager looking to join an excellent manufacturing team? Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing and Technical Support, you will play a key role in implementing manufacturing improvements, managing team objectives, and maintaining KPIs. You will lead by example, driving your team to achieve excellence and adopt best practices.

Responsibilities:

Maintain effective communication with managers, staff, and other departments.
Oversee planned monthly work to meet customer deadlines and improve lead times.
