Overview

About the Role

Publicis Media is actively seeking a Planning Manager to work across one of our most exciting clients Disney across Experiences UK & EMEA (Parks and Cruises more specifically) and new client Zynga Gaming.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Directors with the day-to-day smooth running of Disney Parks and Zynga business.
• Participate in strategic planning, assisting and often leading responses from briefing to execution, while analysing campaign performance.
• Support the Planning Associate Director in ensuring strategic direction is followed from client brief to activation ideas and execution.
• Manage accuracy and due diligence when inputting all approved media plans into Publicis Imagine planning and reporting tools.
• Oversee Planning Executives and supervise delivery of regular reports and documents to support campaign execution.
• Drive best-practice thinking, innovation, and propose new opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure excellent relationships with other Publicis Imagine teams.
• Forge strong relationships with key media owners and keep up to date with market trends.
• Drive team development by helping them attend suitable trainings.
• Shape strong responses and confidently present to key Disney stakeholders.
• Contribute to building the Publicis Imagine team and culture.

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed

• Strong media planning skills required.
• Excellent communication skills; a clear communicator who can build strong internal and external relationships.
• Critical thinker; someone who is not afraid to challenge assumptions.
• Confident presenter; able to present responses to key Disney stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and PPT skills required.
• Effective line manager with the ability to nurture and develop a Planning Executive.
• Strong UK cross-channel media planning background with focus on AV and digital.
• Passionate about The Walt Disney Company and the media and gaming industries.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and collaborative with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
