About our client
Our client, a global leading private markets focused investment firm, is currently looking to hire a Change Manager to join their London team. The firm, which invests across multiple asset classes, is currently expanding rapidly, both organically and via M&A, with an ambitious medium-term AUM target. Due to the continued planned growth, they are now looking to hire an experienced change/transformation professional with previous exposure to the financial services industry.

What the job involves
As the Change Manager, you will work closely with the group COO whilst regularly partnering with multiple other senior stakeholders across the business. Due to this being a new hire for the firm, there will be plenty of autonomy available and the opportunity to play a key part in the business's growth.

1. Lead integration of existing and future business units
2. Manage change projects across the group's central functions
3. Assist in the design and evolution of the group operating model
4. Operate and lead projects across the central business governance and reporting structures
5. Support late stages of M&A execution
6. Provide general support and advisory to the board

Who we are looking for

1. Background in project management and project execution
2. Financial services experience either in-house or as a consultant
3. Previous exposure to an M&A environment
4. Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders
5. Proven experience of leading projects end to end
