Job Title: Architectural Assistant

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered and design-focused architectural practice that provides award-winning design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Architectural Assistant to join their team in their Bournemouth offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Assistant, the individual will need to have completed their RIBA Part 1 qualification and have experience using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD from their degree or work placements. Experience as an Architectural Assistant within a UK practice will be advantageous. The candidate should possess design flair and knowledge of local building regulations.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

Completed RIBA Part 1 qualification
Relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice (desirable)
Experience with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, or Vectorworks
Experience working on projects within the residential sector (advantageous)
Knowledge of technical construction and building regulations
Tender package experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team
Live within a commutable distance to the Bournemouth area
