Salary: £24,000 - £27,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered and design focused architectural practice that provides award-winning design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Architectural Assistant to join their team in Bournemouth.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Assistant, candidates will need to have completed their RIBA Part 1 qualification and have experience using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, gained from their degree or work placements. Experience as an Architectural Assistant within a UK practice will be advantageous, along with design flair and knowledge of local building regulations.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

• Completed RIBA Part 1 qualification
• Relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice is desirable
• Experience with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, or Vectorworks
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector is advantageous
• Knowledge of technical construction and building regulations
• Tender package experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a team
• Live within a commutable distance to Bournemouth
