YOUR ROLE
The role of Business Development Manager incorporates identifying and qualifying business opportunities to grow volumes within the agency. Developing and maintaining customer relationships with clients across a range of sectors is primary to this as it helps to ensure long-term volume growth. The successful candidate will have a responsibility to manage their portfolio of accounts to ensure that all customers receive a five-star journey in all aspects of the day-to-day service delivery. Part of this will be to ensure that they maintain close communication with the other UK departments and agencies across the European network to ensure all customer needs are met as smoothly as possible. It is a key requirement for the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate internal and external stakeholder management to manage business opportunities.
