I am on the search for a Director of Technology and Innovation to join a company specialising in creating precise navigation and measurement systems in the automotive, aerospace and defence industries. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the technology vision and strategic roadmap, oversee the technical direction of the company and lead a team of engineers. You will be entrusted to spearhead innovation and ensure that the company stays at the forefront of technological advancements in the industry.

Essential Requirements Of a Director Of Technology And Innovation

1. Experience with Technology Strategy and Roadmap Leading and defining the strategic direction of the roadmap
2. Team leadership experience
3. Experience with Innovation and Change Management
4. Customer engagement experience
