Design Director

Location: Knightsbridge, Central London
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 p/annum

This opportunity would be ideal for a Design Director or Associate Director with proven experience in the Luxury Residential and Hospitality sector, looking to take their career to the next level.

Package:

• Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 p/annum

Office:

• Full time in office – Knightsbridge, London
• Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Duties:

• Lead and oversee the design and execution of multiple high-end interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a talented team of interior designers, ensuring effective collaboration and creative output.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their vision is understood and exceeded.
• Guide the design development process, ensuring innovative and functional design solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity and quality.

Requirements:

• Degree Qualified in Interior Design or a similar field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in interior design, specifically in luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Proven ability to manage and inspire design teams, fostering creativity and high performance.
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Exceptional client-facing skills with a strong ability to build lasting relationships.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• A high-quality portfolio of previous completed projects in the luxury Residential sector.
• Experience with business development and financial management in the interior design industry.
