As a Data Engineer you will:

Be an enthusiastic Data Engineer to support the delivery of our data transformation. Working as part of a new team, you will work on establishing a robust and scalable data platform for the business. You will play a key role in driving our ambition to create a best-in-class data engineering function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for collecting, processing, and storing large datasets.
  • Develop and optimise database systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide support for analytics.
  • Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
  • Implement data integration and transformation processes (ETL) from various sources to ensure high-quality, accessible data.
Role Requirements:
  • Strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages.
  • Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of data modelling, data architecture, and API integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
