HCL have an exciting opportunity and want to share this with you.

We are looking for Customer Service Executives for our clients based in Belfast City Centre,
conveniently located on Great Victoria Street.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Managing our inbound customer service via telephone.
  2. Providing a high standard of customer service to our customers.
  3. Dealing with first time customer query resolution when possible, dealing with correct escalation procedures.
  4. Using and implementing feedback given from coaching and monitoring sessions.
  5. Maintaining high standard data security and GDPR regulations.
  6. Following your assigned daily schedules and tasks.

What Are We Looking For?
  1. Somebody with a passion for good customer service.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Punctual and conscientious.
  4. Good attention to detail.

Hours:
  1. 35 hours per week.
  2. Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Salary:
  1. £11.00 per hour
  2. Paid fortnightly

Requirements:
  1. At least 6 months customer service or contact centre experience.
  2. Full time availability.
  3. ID & Right to work required (passport or birth certificate).
  4. Immediate start.
  5. Basic Access NI check / credit check is required once successful.
