Job description

RME Consultants are working with a fast-growing organisation in the Cassington area to find a Customer Service Administrator to join their Customer Service team.


Role: Customer Service Administrator


Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum


Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time office based


Contract: Permanent


Location: Cassington, Oxfordshire


Main Duties for the Customer Service Administrator:
  1. Frequently handle both inbound and outbound calls.
  2. Regularly update in-house systems and communicate updates to external clients.
  3. Efficiently manage the customer success inbox on a daily basis.
  4. Maintain constant communication with clients via phone and email.
  5. Swiftly and effectively respond to client inquiries.
  6. Create purchase orders on a daily basis.
  7. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  8. Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
Experience required for the Customer Service Administrator:
  1. Previous customer service experience
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Willingness to learn
  4. Hunger to succeed
  5. Team player
