Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting students in their learning? This school is looking for a Cover Supervisor to join their dedicated team. Duties as a Cover Supervisor:

1. Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment.
2. Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged in their learning.
3. Maintain classroom discipline in line with school policies.
4. Provide support to students, answering questions and offering guidance where needed.
5. Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
2. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
3. A confident, adaptable, and proactive approach.
4. The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
5. A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
