The Role:
We seek a motivated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to support student learning across various subjects at KS3 and KS4 levels. In this long-term role, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons, maintaining student engagement, and fostering an inclusive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver pre-prepared lessons across multiple subjects, ensuring students remain focused and engaged.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Experience: Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with secondary school students, with a solid understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
  2. Training: A Certificate in Behaviour Management or equivalent. Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.
  3. Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.

To qualify for the higher end of the salary bracket, candidates should demonstrate:

  1. Experienced Cover Supervisor: Proven experience in a Cover Supervisor role within a secondary school, with a track record of successfully managing classrooms and supporting student learning.
  2. Professional Development: Ongoing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) in education, including relevant certifications or training that enhance teaching effectiveness.
  3. Consistency: A reliable and professional working relationship with Link3 Recruitment, backed by positive feedback from partner schools.
  4. Legal Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Proof of eligibility will be required during the recruitment process.
