Residential Conveyancer

Location: Bridport, Dorset - with hybrid working.

Are you a skilled Residential Conveyancer seeking your next career opportunity? A highly respected and growing law firm in Bridport, Dorset, is looking for a dedicated Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its thriving team.

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll independently manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages and equity release transactions
• Ensuring smooth transactions from instruction to post-completion

This is a key position within a busy department, offering the chance to make a significant impact while enjoying the support of an established firm.

About You

We are seeking a qualified candidate with:

• 3+ years of Residential Conveyancing experience
• The ability to manage a varied caseload independently and without supervision
• Strong organisational and client communication skills
