As a Residential Conveyancer, the successful candidate will:
Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and remortgages.
Deliver high-quality client service with efficiency and attention to detail.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures.
Draft clear, concise legal documents and correspondence.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth transaction progression.
Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff where required.
The successful candidate will:
Have at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing.
Be confident in handling files independently from instruction to completion.
Have strong organisational and client care skills.
Be proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
Be keen to progress their career, with the option for qualification support.
