The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, the successful candidate will:

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Deliver high-quality client service with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures.
• Draft clear, concise legal documents and correspondence.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth transaction progression.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff where required.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Have at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing.
• Be confident in handling files independently from instruction to completion.
• Have strong organisational and client care skills.
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Be keen to progress their career, with the option for qualification support.
