Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rochester for a Contract and Project Manager. The role involves managing and overseeing fire protection projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage logistics, expedite tasks, and conduct inspections to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management and Expediting tasks
• Skills in Inspection, Compliance, and Quality Assurance
• Logistics Management and Expeditor experience
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the fire protection industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications in Project Management or Safety Compliance are beneficial
