Content Creation Specialist – Social Media & Digital Strategy
Location: Hybrid – Travel along the M4 corridor (onsite visits three times a week)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum DOE + vehicle allowance

The Role:

You will work closely with teams across the business to showcase company initiatives, ensuring consistency and authenticity in our digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a social media strategy that enhances brand awareness and engagement.
2. Create visually engaging content that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms.
3. Engage with teams at site level to source content and share company initiatives online.
4. Monitor and manage online communities, fostering conversations and increasing interactions.
5. Analyse social media performance, using insights to refine and enhance content strategy.
6. Lead innovative and highly engaging social media campaigns that align with key projects.
7. Proactively build relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and relevant online communities.
8. Stay ahead of industry trends, implementing best practices to drive platform growth.
9. Apply SEO knowledge and platform-specific strategies to optimise content reach and engagement.
