Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently working with our client based in Cranwell, Lincolnshire.

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Content Creator/LMS Specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. The Content Creator and LMS Specialist is responsible for developing and managing engaging learning content.
2. Ensures that all learning materials are interactive, up-to-date, and accessible through the Learning Management System (LMS).
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs, create multimedia educational materials, and optimise the user experience within the LMS.

Key skills required:

1. Experience in instructional design, content creation, and/or e-learning development.
2. Proven experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
