We re looking for a Construction Contracts / Project Manager to join a leading property company managing a multi-billion-pound portfolio. This client-side role focuses on whiteboxing retail and industrial spaces, overseeing projects from start to finish.

What You ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
• Lead the tender process, select contractors, and oversee performance.
• Work with stakeholders (architects, engineers, designers) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Control costs and identify savings without compromising standards.
• Solve challenges and keep projects on track.

What You ll Need:

• Proven construction & contract management experience (retail/industrial a plus).
• Strong procurement, cost control, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and lead teams.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or similar.
• Client-side or property management experience preferred.
