Commercial Mortgage Broker - Hammersmith, London / Office-based
Salary: £40-£50k basic / OTE up to £120k (For employed roles) OR uncapped earning potential for self-employed advisers (with top performers earning £500k+ per annum)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with over 5 years of proven success in commercial finance, eager to take their career to the next level with the UK's top brokerage firm. You will have the chance to advise HNW and UHNW clients on a range of specialist finance products and be part of a dynamic and successful team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Mortgage Broker at Capricorn Financial, you will:

  1. Advise clients on a wide range of commercial finance products, including:
    1. Commercial mortgages
    2. Bridging finance
    3. Development finance
    4. Invoice finance
    5. Asset finance
    6. Second charge loans
  2. Guide clients from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless service.
  3. Handle complex case referrals from Residential Advisers.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to maximise business opportunities.
  5. Work with Capricorn's extensive client base and introducer network to identify and convert high-value opportunities.
  6. Upsell and cross-sell products across a comprehensive suite of services.
